Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP is pleased to announce the promotions of three professionals: Angie McCoy, ERP Solutions Group; Rick Dynoske, Tax Services Group; and Robin Ryan, A&A Services Group.
Angie McCoy – Director, ERP Solutions Group
Angie leads the ERP Solutions Group to help clients choose and implement a best-fit ERP/Financial software solution. Her ability to interpret complex business processes and her extensive knowledge of ERP/Financials enable her to provide exceptional insight into improving clients’ business processes and software-driven workflow requirements. The ERP Solutions Group is a channel partner for NetSuite.
Bringing over 15 years of experience in distribution and logistics software and related technology, Angie joined GYF in 2014. Her past professional roles included Client Trainer, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Sales Support and Director of R&D and worldwide support. Through these experiences, Angie developed the expertise to address unique requirements of various industries. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
Angie founded and operated the Mighty Penguins Sled Hockey Organization, the area’s first non-profit adapted ice hockey program for individuals with disabilities. She has seen firsthand the impact adaptive sports can have on building self-esteem and confidence. In 2014, her son, Daniel, won a gold medal in sled hockey at the Sochi Paralympic Games.
She lives in Indiana Township with her husband, Mark. They have two adult sons.
Rick Dynoske, CPA – Director, Tax Services Group
Rick has 30 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services for both publicly and privately held companies and their owners as well as for not-for-profit organizations. His professional expertise includes the development and implementation of innovative business tax structures, and he also utilizes his skills and knowledge to apply personal financial planning strategies to minimize the overall effect of income, excise, sales and estate and gift taxes.
Rick graduated from Penn State University in 1991 with a degree in Accounting. He worked for a financial services firm in Pittsburgh before joining GYF in 1995. A CPA in Pennsylvania, Rick has earned a Certificate of Educational Achievement for Tax Planning and Advising for Closely-Held Businesses from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA.
Rick resides in Plum with his wife, Joyce. They have two children, Amanda and Joseph.
Robin Ryan, CPA – Director, A&A Services Group
Robin has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting and has worked in multiple disciplines, including audit and assurance, tax and technology. She specializes in providing audit services for privately held companies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and foundations. In addition to providing high-quality professional services, Robin is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients.
Before joining Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in 1991, Robin worked in the manufacturing and health care fields. She is a CPA in Pennsylvania and a graduate of Grove City College.
Robin devotes significant time and professional expertise to a variety of not-for-profit organizations. She has served in leadership roles on the Boards of Directors for Attack Theatre, Greensburg Hempfield Area Library, Asset STEM Education and the Pittsburgh Urban Leadership Service Experience (PULSE). Robin is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Initiative in Pittsburgh.
Robin and her husband, Doug, reside in Greensburg. They have two adult children.
