GYF is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Gilarski (Jen) as Director of Business Development. Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having spent her career focused on expanding market presence and client acquisition in the financial and accounting industries.
She will work with the firm’s leadership team to build strategic partnerships and enhance client relations to support GYF’s continued success. Jeff Ford, GYF Managing Partner, comments:

Jen has a proven track record in the Pittsburgh business community, most recently serving as Business Development Manager at Supporting Strategies. The collaboration between the two firms has always been strong, and Jen will continue that partnership along with fostering new opportunities. Jen noted, “I’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with the talented team at GYF for many years, and I’m thrilled to be joining forces with them in this role.”
Outside of the office, Jen has made many connections in the South Hills, where she and her husband have lived for 20+ years. She is active in the Bethel Park community and was involved with many of her (now-college-aged) daughters’ school activities. Jen has served on various boards and supported the as an event volunteer. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. She also participates in the Brave Women Project and a ladies golf league.
