Director, Business Valuation & Litigation Support Services
Since joining GYF in 2011, Brad has focused his career on providing business valuation and appraisal services as well as litigation support services in disputes. He serves clients in many industries including manufacturing, professional services, financial services, engineering, construction, logistics and transportation, retail, management consulting, healthcare, oil and gas, and technology.
He provides business valuation services for a range of purposes, including:
- Gift and estate tax planning
- Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)
- Shareholder disputes and resolutions
- Marital dissolutions
- Financial and tax reporting, buy/sell transactions and general business planning
His litigation support work includes determination of lost profits and economic damages arising from various disputes; lost value determinations and financial forensic analysis.
A certified public accountant (CPA), Brad earned the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation conferred by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
Brad graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, earning a double major in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics. He is also a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc.’s Leadership Development Initiative (LDI Class XXIV), a selective program that hones the leadership skills of high-potential young professionals. Brad was recognized as part of NACVA’s “40 under 40” honorees in 2021.
When not at work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, golfing, and following Pittsburgh sports. He lives in the North Hills with his wife, Alexis, and children Blake and Libby.
