GYF Is Pleased to Announce Two Promotions


Morgan A. CuddyreManager, Tax Services Group

Morgan joined GYF in 2021 and specializes in tax compliance, planning, and research services for privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. She advises corporations, partnerships, S corporations, limited liability companies, and individual taxpayers on complex tax matters, helping them navigate today’s ever-changing tax landscape with confidence.

Morgan takes a proactive approach to planning, developing and implementing strategies that promote tax efficiency and support both current and long-term objectives. She serves clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and real estate and assists them with a variety of state tax issues, fixed asset depreciation analyses, partnership allocations, and quarterly and annual tax projections.

A graduate of Duquesne University, Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2020, followed by her Master of Science in Accountancy in 2021. Morgan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Pennsylvania and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Morgan resides in Pittsburgh’s Strip District and enjoys exploring the city’s neighborhoods,restaurants, and local businesses. Outside work, she stays active through Peloton rides, biking the city’s trails, and reading.



RaeAnna J. WargoManager, Tax Services

RaeAnna has eight years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax compliance, planning, and research for a diverse client base. Her expertise spans a variety of engagements, including manufacturing, real estate, non-profit organizations, and individual clients. Before joining GYF in 2017, she gained valuable experience at a Big Four accounting firm.

RaeAnna is committed to ensuring that her clients fully understand their tax situations and options, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals. While she does have experience working with businesses of all sizes, her primary focus is on serving small, local family businesses and non-profit organizations as well as individual taxpayers. She believes that all clients deserve clear, open communication to better address their tax needs.

In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, RaeAnna plays a vital role in mentoring and supervising newer professionals within the firm. She leads the onboarding process for new GYF staff, sharing her knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

RaeAnna graduated from La Roche University with both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management and a Master of Science in Accounting. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), the highest credential awarded by the IRS, RaeAnna is a federally-authorized tax practitioner.

When not focusing on taxes, RaeAnna enjoys working out, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family. She lives in Washington with her husband, Brian, and their son Jack.
