Pennsylvania Annual Report Filings for Corporations due 6/30

2026 is the second year that the annual reporting filing requirement with the Pennsylvania Department of State is in effect. The due date for these filings is dependent on the entity type. The first due date that is fast approaching is for corporations: June 30, 2026. Corporations include both business and nonprofit organizations.

The submission can be made quickly online through the state’s website. Note that all entities other than nonprofits are subject to a $7 annual filing fee when submitting a Pennsylvania Annual Report.

Organizations that fail to timely submit their Pennsylvania Annual Reports face the risk of administrative dissolution which can involve the loss of the company or organization’s legal name protection (beginning in 2027). Please refer to our prior blog post for more details about this requirement and the steps necessary to submit your organization’s annual report.
