Pennsylvania’s COVID-19 Relief Statewide Small Business Assistance program is now accepting applications. The first round of applications opened on June 30, 2020, and will be open for 10 business days. Multiple rounds of application windows will follow. Small businesses can find eligibility details and apply online at: https://pabusinessgrants.com/

Eligible businesses can use the grants to cover operating expenses during the shutdown and transition to reopening, and for technical assistance including training and guidance for business owners as they stabilize and relaunch their businesses. Individual businesses can receive grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000, which will be administered by Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).

The funding was developed in partnership with state lawmakers and allocated through the recently enacted state budget, which included $2.6 billion in federal stimulus funds through the CARES Act, of which $225 million was carved out for relief for small businesses.
