GYF Promotes Leaders in the A&A Group

Three professionals in the Assurance & Advisory Services Group were promoted: Erika Tallerico was named as a Director, and Eric Anthony and Amber Pinskey rose to Senior Manager roles.


Erika F. Tallerico, CPA – Director, A&A Services Group

Erika has 17 years of experience providing audit services for a wide range of clients including manufacturing, real estate, technology and not-for-profit entities. She also has expertise working with employee benefit plans and providing services for M&A transactions. Erika has been with the firm since she worked as a GYF summer intern in 2005 and is committed to providing quality assurance services to the companies and organizations she serves. A graduate of Grove City College, Erika also completed the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI XXI), a Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. a program that hones the leadership skills of high-potential young professionals. She currently serves on the Advisory Board to the Three Rivers Arts Festival.


Eric V. Anthony, CPASenior Manager, A&A Services Group

Eric has 12 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in providing assurance services to private companies and nonprofit organizations. He has expertise in employee benefit plan audit services (including multiemployer plans), M&A due diligence, consolidations and contract accounting. Eric also has prior experience with internal audit and individual tax compliance. Leveraging his extensive accounting background, Eric also serves as a primary consultant to various small businesses. Eric was a Division III college basketball player at Lycoming College and served as a Division II assistant coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Eric is passionate about sports and youth activities and has volunteered his time for various youth sports programs including baseball, soccer and softball.


Amber M. Pinskey, CPASenior Manager, A&A Services Group

Amber has nearly a decade of experience, focused on providing assurance services for a variety of clients including manufacturers and not-for-profit organizations. She also has significant experience in business acquisition transaction work and performing employee benefit plan audits. Amber served as a GYF summer intern and joined the firm full-time in 2013. Over her career, she has been dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge and client responsibilities and serves as a coach for newer GYF professionals. Amber graduated from St. Vincent College and recently completed the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI XXX), a Leadership Pittsburgh, Inc. program for high-potential young professionals. She currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for Apraxia Kids.
