Collection of Information

You may provide us with two types of information; anonymous information we collect, and  Personal Identifiable Information (PII) that you voluntarily submit to us.

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect information from you. For example, our web servers may automatically collect anonymous information that describes how you navigate our Sites. This information includes the number and frequency of visits to the sites, the pages of the sites visited, as well as the anonymous information that your web browser automatically sends to us, such as browser type and IP address.

Personal Identifiable Information is information that clearly identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, etc. We will ask you to provide PII when you subscribe to our newsletters, subscribe to our events, purchase products or services, upload information to a site, or contact us with a question or concern. If you are our client, we may collect certain PII from you, including, but not limited to, your name, address, Social Security number, tax identification number, age, corporate name and structure, internal accounting methods, financial status, assets, income, tax information, retirement and estate plan information, transaction history, account balance, payment history, investment objectives, marital status, family relationships, and other personal information. Use of Information

Marketing Opt-Out

If you would like to opt out of receiving promotional or marketing e-mail from us, you may use the “unsubscribe” option included in each marketing message. You may also let us know by sending an email to cpas@gyf.com with REMOVE in the subject line, and stating the e-mail address you wish to be removed from our mailing list. However, your option not to receive promotional and marketing e-mail shall now preclude us from corresponding with you, by e-mail or otherwise, regarding your existing relationship with us. Your opt-out request will not apply to correspondence that has already been initiated.

Changes to Privacy Policy

With our websites and services constantly evolving, our Privacy Policy may also change from time to time. Whenever there are changes, the modified policies will be posted on our websites and will be effective at that time. Each time they change, the date displayed at the top of the page also will change.
