Kelley G. O’Neil, CPA – Manager, Tax Services Group
Kelley has over 25 years of public accounting experience, serving privately held organizations and helping them reach their full potential. Though her focus has been in the tax realm for many years, she also spent significant time in the auditing/accounting sectors of public practice, allowing for an overall “big-picture” level of understanding.
She works with clients, along with their professionals and advisors, using proactive planning, open communication and innovative problem-solving, to create a cohesive support network for the best tax and financial outcomes. Kelley has served various types of ownership groups, including corporations, S corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and non-profit entities. She has experience working with clients in diverse industries including health care, real estate/development, construction, non-profit organizations, wholesalers, retailers, professional service companies and high-wealth individuals.

Before joining GYF, Kelley was a partner in her own firm and worked for several mid-sized CPA firms in Ohio. She is a graduate of Wright State University and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Kelley previously served on the Executive Committee for the Cox Arboretum and was the Past Treasurer for The Noble Circle Project. She also volunteers for various local non-profit organizations and participated in the Ohio Society of CPAs “Operation CPA” to provide pro bono tax support to military personnel.
