Student Leadership Conference: May 19-20, 2025

This two-day program is designed for students who wish to learn about the public accounting profession and explore career opportunities at Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP. Selected candidates will participate in audit and tax simulations, learn about GYF’s services, network with our professionals, lend a hand to a non-profit organization, engage in leadership workshops and collaborate in team building exercises.

Internships

At GYF, we believe that internships are the foundation to support a promising future career in public accounting. We offer a variety of intern experiences, across all service areas, during various times of the year.

My internship at GYF is exactly what I believe an internship should be. The firm does a phenomenal job of providing varied experience for their interns.

Created with Your Goals in mind

GYF interns and first-year associates don’t spend their days fetching coffee or stuffing envelopes. We know there is no substitute for real-world experience to supplement your classroom education.

As an intern or first-year associate with GYF, you will apply classroom principles to real-life situations, network with professionals in the field, and work with clients. Through this experience, you will gain knowledge of the fundamentals of tax return and/or financial statement preparation, and be introduced to software and technology specific to the accounting industry. You will work alongside partners and professional staff on a variety of engagements and will be encouraged to take on client-oriented services in order to better prepare you for future employment.

Internships are available throughout the year – we offer four to six spring and/or summer internship opportunities. Our tax interns typically work February through mid-April, when our professionals are busiest, providing an opportunity to fully experience a client-service busy season. Our audit interns typically work from June through mid-August, serving both for-profit and not-for-profit entities.

These paid internships are open to students from any college or university in the United States. See position details and application instructions below.
